Food Description
Upscale desserts served out of a trailer. Cake balls, smore’s on a stick and drinking chocolate.

Menu
Cake Balls
Chunks of rich, fresh baked cake are mixed with frosting, then rolled into balls, dipped in chocolate and perched atop popsicle sticks.
$2 each/ 3 for $5/ 13 for $ 20 (baker’s dozen)
(Delivery is available within Austin for a $5 fee and a minimum order of one
dozen or FREE with a minimum 6 dozen delivery. 24 hour notice required.)

Holly’s Favorite Balls
All chocolate, all the time: Chocolate cake dipped in chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.
Wedding Balls
No commitment required: White cake swirled with strawberry preserves then dipped in white chocolate and crowned with hard rock sugar crystals.
Brass Balls
Everyone needs a pair of these: Peanut butter cake mixed with chunky peanut butter, then dipped in chocolate and topped with crushed peanuts.
Velvet Balls
Would make Scarlett O’Hara swoon with delight: An especially delicious version of the Southern classic red velvet cake mixed with cream cheese frosting, then dipped in white chocolate and topped with toasted red velvet cake crumbs.
Rabbit Balls
Thumper’s favorite: A rich, buttery carrot cake mixed with cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate and coated with crushed walnuts.
Diablo Balls
Burn, baby, burn: A chocolate cake baked with ancho chiles, mixed with ancho cream cheese frosting, dipped in dark chocolate and then topped with cayenne and cocoa toasted walnuts.
