The BEST diversion to southern Carolina style BBQ I’ve ever had! The Mustard Sauce ROCKS, and unlike any I’ve had it would work on just about anything! The vinegar sauce has an awesome bite too! The pulled pork is not overly smoked, is lean and tasty! Melded together with the sauces, truly heavenly, and PERFECTION ! Thanks for bringing this new taste to Austin! I’ve missed it!

Yum! Yum! I love Carolina BBQ! Now I can save a flight home to Virginia or hours of smoking pork butt when I get a hankering!

Outstanding! Curly’s offers a taste of North Carolina BBQ right here in Texas at a great price as well! Must try the cole slaw!

Loved this place, the service was super friendly and the food was delicious. The Raleighwood was so flavourfull, the accompanying sauces just added to the experience. My kids loced the hush puppies, h to have access to top notch food like this in my part of Canada!!

I moved to Austin a few years back, and while I love good Texas BBQ it has been difficult finding something other than other than over smoked and over seasoned brisket and sausage. It has been a wonderful experience to finally find something different. Where I come from pork BBQ is what’s for dinner and it is refreshing for this Midwestern boy to find something a little more like a taste of home. These guys have nailed it. I love the tangy flavor of their sauces as it goes awesome with the subtle smokiness of the pork. I don’t know what kind of sorcery they have going on in the gaudy pink trailer to make everything taste as good as it is, but I can assure you I will be back.

Some of the best bbq ever. And the fried okra is fantastic. Just need to serve some good unsweet iced tea to go with it all. Your rating goes to 5 stars, but we think it deserves a 10! Keep on cooking the best bbq in this area. Hope to eat at your Round Rock location again soon.
