We start with slow roasted meats, beef, chicken, or pork, then create our specialty sandwiches served on a baguette or pita. We offer four types of sandwiches, the Banh Moo Bawk Oink, The Jerk, Snarky Cheesesteak, and Cubano. Our Banh Moo Bawk Oink is a Banh Mi with sliced cucumbers, pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, jalapeno, and our SnarkAsian Sauce. The Jerk ahs the traditional jerk flavors topped with a spice Jamaican pineapple slaw then drizzled with our Jerk Sauce. The Snarky Cheesesteak is our feel good version of a Cheesesteak with sauteed onions, white American cheese and our Snarky Sauce. The Cubano starts with the roasted meat then smoked ham topped with Swiss cheese, sliced pickles, and finished with our MojoMustard.
