Food Description
As Boots in the Oven calls it a “side project for a few Uchi alums (namely Paul and Moto), this little graffitied half-trailer is turning out fun pan-Asian snackery that’s so scrumptious that I’ll even put up with the word pan-Asian.”

1. Thai Chicken Karaage – $7

Deep fried chicken thigh with sweet & spicy sauce, fresh basil, cilantro, mint, onion, and jalapeño.

2. Poor Qui’s Buns (2) – $6

Roasted pork belly in steamed buns, Hoisin sauce, cucumber kimchee and green onion

3. Beet Home Fries – $5

Deep fried roasted beets, kewpie mayo, schichimi tougarashi and green onion

4. Fried Brussels Sprout Salad – $5 (Veggie)

Fried brussels sprouts, sweet & spicy sauce, fresh shredded cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, fresh basil, cilantro, mint, onion and jalapeño

5. Ginger Garlic Jasmine Rice – $4 (Veggie)

Steamed jasmine rice, ginger & garlic oil, fresh basil, cilantro, mint, onion and jalapeño

6. Tori Meshi – $8

1/2 thai chicken karaage & ginger garlic jasmine rice

7. Veggie Meshi – $7 (Veggie)

Fried brussels sprout salad & ginger garlic jasmine rice

8. Curry Buns (2) – $4 (Veggie)

Peanut butter home made curry in deep fried bun, fresh basil, cilantro, mint, onion and jalapeño
