Food Description
Sushi Box brings a new lunchtime treat to the hard-working, healthy eaters of downtown Austin. Strapped for time and sick of sandwiches? We offer an unbelievably fresh, flavorful array of maki rolls, nigiri and salads that you can quickly grab and go without a wait. Think traditional favorites with the occasional culinary twist, all rolled real-time for maximum taste and quality. Plus a steady rotation of desserts that are guaranteed to spark some lively office banter.

It all goes down in a uniquely Austin environment – a brand new space built out of a recycled shipping container from the same folks who created La Boite on South Lamar. Sort of an “un-trailer” that keeps our food, customers and chef cool and comfortable while keeping our carbon footprint low. An outdoor seating area awaits those who have time for a more leisurely lunch.

  2. That’s insane! and awesome 🙂 I eat of food from carts (“street meat” we call it) but this is a great idea. Looks like I’ll be getting my sushi fix at lunch now too.
