Lasagne – Our house specialty made with a savory ground vegetable blend, homemade hearty marinara sauce, specially prepared cashew cheese and fresh herbs between layers of pasta. Sprinkled with a nutty parmesan type topping.     -8-   (add salad for two dollars)

Sun dried tomato pesto and tofu sandwich – Thinly sliced seasoned tofu, cucumbers and spinach on freshly made artisan bread covered in pesto.     -7-

Crab Cakes (2) – Succulent tempeh crab cakes breaded with panko bread crumbs and drizzled with a caper aioli next to a side salad with red wine vinaigrette. (GF)     -7-

Spring rolls (2) – Crisp julienned carrots, cucumber, purple cabbage and red bell peppers with aromatic basil, spinach and garlicky quinoa rolled up in rice paper and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Served with a spicy peanut lime sauce. (GF)     -6-

Tostada – Crisp corn tortilla covered with a delicious tofu scramble fused with onion, garlic and nopalitos (young cactus) and topped with roasted salsa and  jalapeños. (GF)     -6-   (two for ten dollars)

Muffuletta sandwich – Flavorful olive mix, smoky cashew spread, spinach and thinly sliced seasoned tofu on freshly made bread.     -7-

Sesame Salad – Toasted sesame quinoa and spinach salad with seasoned garlic tofu, red pepeprs and purple cabbage tossed in a spicy peanut dressing and sprinkled with sesame seeds. (GF)     -7-

Cobbler – An enticing dessert baked to perfection with a light crust and copious amounts of pineapple.     -3.50-

Frozen banana colada – A creamy concoction of coconut water, pineapples and banana sweetened with agave nectar. (GF)     -3.50-
